Format of the Question File

For those of you who would like to manipulate the question file on your own, the format is a comma-delimited, text file (all fields within quotes and separated by commas) containing 9 fields per question. All 9 fields for each question are on the same line. The 9 fields are defined as follows:

field 1) Canonical Number - 3 character field defining the sequence of the book in the Bible from where the question was taken. Format=C01 where 01 is the sequence number for Genesis. C66 would be the value for a question from Revelation.

field 2) Question Type - 1 character field defining the type of hit for this question... 1 = single, 2 = double, 3 = triple, 4 = home run.

field 3) Correct Answer - 1 character field defining the correct answer... A for correct answer A, B for correct answer B, C for correct answer C, and D for correct answer D.

field 5) Question Text - full text of question

field 6) Multiple Choice Answer A - text of first possible answer

field 7) Multiple Choice Answer B - text of second possible answer

field 8) Multiple Choice Answer C - text of third possible answer

field 9) Multiple Choice Answer D - text of fourth possible answer
