Upgrade

The installation routine for this version of Bible Grand Slam contained an option to upgrade from a previous version of the game (versions 2.1, 2.0, and 1.0).

If the �upgrade� option was selected, the following things happened:

- Previous INI file was converted to registry entries

- Previous saved games were converted to new format

- Previous file of questions was renamed to BibleOLD.qus

- Old files from previous were deleted
